The AYDA Foundation office is located at the AYDA Centre, which is an established building located in the Darou neighborhood. Even if street addresses were available in this area (they are not), for security reasons, the exactly location is not shared. This is why the building shown in the photos does not have a sign. The Darou community owns and protects the AYDA Centre as one of its proud assets.
Our multiple activities require routine schedules to keep our program progressing smoothly. This allows us to review and revise the program over time to improve efficiency as well as monitor data over time under controlled variables.
Funding comes from our partnership with ASOA - the African Strategic Outreach Alliance. ASOA and AYDA have an agreed MOU establishing their shared vision forward, reviewed and revised regularly.
Funding is dispersed on an as-needed basis, provided by single and monthly contributions. More information on income is available on the ASOA website.
We believe it is paramount to be entirely transparent of our income and expense to maintain the integrity of our non-profit association. Our staff work hard to enter our itemized expenses and income transactions to demonstrate our financial health to our donors as well as the tremendous impact their contributions make.
The manager and staff responsible for updating the financial sheets regularly so that other AYDA and ASOA volunteers and representatives may keep track of financial reports remotely.

This budget covers core operations only. Medical services, construction projects, sports programme costs, and equipment are funded separately through ASOA grant agreements.

The hard copies are saved as well for the local authorities, since AYDA Foundation is a locally registered association. The information from the hard copies, as shown below in the photos, are transferred electronically into the shared Google Drive for AYDA and ASOA volunteers.
Our financial goals include growth to 10 monthly donors by the end of 2026. Monthly donors create the backbone of our revenue stream.
The financial operations are derived from proven systems adopted by other charitable associations, local and international, while also customised to the particular unique charactertics of AYDA and its structure. We strive for complete transparency and the highest efficiency feasible and demonstrate a replicable model for other charitable associations to emulate of all sizes.
